Project experience

-the ECML Project 2.7.1 on “Quality Assurance and Self-assessment for Schools and Teachers” (2000-2003), finalised with the CD ROM on “Quality Management in Language Education” and project web site; the project and CD ROM were awarded "the European Label" (2002);
- the ECML "QualiTraining - A Training Guide for Quality Assurance" project (2004-2007), to be finalised with book and CD ROM, which will include also the contents of the previous CD ROM and cross-referencing to relevant activities; project web site
- "EuroIntegrELP- Equal Chances to European Integration through the use of the European Language Portfolio" - a SOCRATES Lingua 1 project, co-ordinated by PROSPER-ASE Language Centre, with 15 partners from 10 countries (2004-2007); capitalising on the project partners' experience of implementing the ELP in national contexts, this project aims to promote the ELP internationally, addressing also audiences outside the field of education (such as decision-makers, employers, the media). Through this project, ELP-related materials have been produced in ten languages, teacher development and dissemination events have been organised in all project countries, and the EAQUALS-ALTE ELP has been translated into 3 more languages. A new edition (including 14 languages) is being prepared, for launch at the final project conference in September 2007. |
